Both the arms of Gabriel Granados Vergara, 52, were severely burned in January 2011, after he received an electrical shock while giving instructions to a team of construction workers building a fence.
As a result of the electrical accident, both the arms of Vergara were amputated below the elbows.
Granados was operated upon early May but was discharged from the hospital last night. According to doctors, the father of two kids has recovered well.
